Jay’s Story: My mother’s grew up in an Iowa farming family, so a strong work ethic is in my DNA. My father paid his way through school as an auto mechanic at his father’s gas station, so “fixing things” has always been a way of life. As the Owner’s Representative on the construction of two big youth-oriented facilities Lakewood, CO, I had the chance to work closely with world-renowned General Contractors and learn high-quality construction techniques. Not to mention I am obsessed with “how to” videos on YouTube! 

We bought our first home in 1990 and I fell in love with home improvement. My desire to learn and expand my skillset led to successfully renovating and selling two homes we lived in. Taking that a step further, we purchased then successfully renovated and sold two former single-family rental homes in north Denver - completing about 80% of the work myself on all those projects. 

These handy skills I have spent my adult life learning and improving give me the ability to serve you and free your time to pursue what’s most important in your life.
